We offer a 30-day return policy for any unopened and unused fragrance or skincare products in their original packaging. Each full-size fragrance includes a matching sample so you may experience the scent before opening the sealed bottle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Concierge Team via the contact form or email with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is in its original, unopened condition and securely place it in the original shipping box along with all complimentary samples and gifts.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label to be attached to the exterior of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
